Chef and TV personality Anthony Bourdain, has now joined the fight against food waste.
In his new documentary, WASTED! The Story of Food Waste, Bourdain focuses on food waste from all levels of the food industry. The Rockefeller Foundation, who last year made a $130 million commitment to the 50 % reduction of food waste by 2030, supported Zero Point Zero films and Bourdain in creating the documentary. In the film, Bourdain delves into the farming and fishing industries, supermarket chains, and even goes as far as school cafeterias.
